algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everyone,

I am trying to use Galapagos to optimise the data of dayight autonomy produced by Diva. The problem is that it takes around 5 mins for Diva to work each time so that I can't imagine how long for Galapagos to finish all generations. And also my computer make loud noise when Diva is workig. Any one can help? Attach is the definition of fitness, is it wrong? it looks too simple. Thank you.

Bests,

Zhou

if you had cylinders in your geometry erase them or replace them with an abstract rectangular form. they make calculations very difficult. Try to simplify your model. the  difficulty depends on geometry and pc's ability... it took me 1 day to take final results in a similar process.
