Comment by Petar Pejic on October 18, 2013 at 4:45pm: I found a problem with terrain: When terrain is included following outputs report null as outcome: proximity, proxi_col, vicinity, Vici_Color. As a result of that non of the latter procedures is executed.

'Vicinity' means 'in the general area of'. For instance:

"The police were in the vicinity when the bank was being robbed. They arrived before the robber could escape."
"I was in the vicinity and decided to drop by for a visit.

'Proximity' refers to the closeness of 2 people or things in relation to each other:

"He was in close proximity to the figurine when it fell off the shelf."
"Their proximity to the explosion led the police to believe that they were involved."
