populate with family

is it posible to populate a family in revit using some references planes/points/lines,etc from grasshopper?

i want to try this with a window family (close polycurve in grasshopper). I suppose i can use properties from the curve to set width and height as instance parameters but i need something to import the reference plane/point to revit to insert the window (or another family)...
