self organizing structure

hi every body..

hope somebody can tell me..is locust can be use to generate self organizing system/cell like in this video?

i have some point and i want to generate space that connecting each point to others with various linkage and path.

the example that comes with locust can get you started. basically just ad a proxy3d node to the point output of the locust brain.
