Nathan Miller's Slingshot component group has both a reader and a writer.

are you sure? Cant see this type of component. Only Mysql, ODB... or I am missing something?

What sort of Xml are you looking to write? How do you want to format this document?

a custom one, actually it is just a 2d table with strings and numbers.

That's a screenshot of a spreadsheet program, not Xml.
