algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I'm looking for a way to write a funtion to look for certain text then return its position( plane or Point3d) and the string. I have looked through and thinking of using     Rhino.DocObjects.TextObject. However, I do not know how to convert Rhino.DocObjects.TextObject properties to rhinocommon properties.

To illustrate my question, i attach the photo here. So for example, if i give the input to be "AA" the function should be able to return me the Plane or Point3d which indicate the position of the word AA

Thank you very much

Here is a way to filter objects based on type. Unfortunately it seems that FindByObjectType can't filter Text objects. It does it for TextDot objects though.

If you know exactly what/where are your Text objects, you can probably collect there GUIDs and use this function insead.

Ah, actually the type Annotation corresponds to the Text type.
Here is the code in c#
