Wrap closed surface hex tessellation

Hi guys! im having a bit of a problem with my GH definition im using a hexgrid mapped over a surface. However every time i run it over a closed surface i cant get it to overlap the last and the first column of hexagons and im getting this: 

Im trying to get it all wraped up . I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out. Here im posting the core of the definition:

Erik,

C# is the standard for a vast variety of reasons. Kinda like a BMW M3: not the most exciting, or reliable (he,he) or "engaging" (rather a bit inert I confess) of the sporty coupes around ... but the yardstick.

P is like my Lotus Elise: not bad at all (when it works) but the M3 is the business.

Moral: Ariel Atom anyone?

Can anyone tell me what the magical slider-y components are, between list item and merge? Cannot find them anywhere please help!
