algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi,
I'm trying to create a circle pattern like the one in pattern.jpg when seen from above.
I've been trying to wrap a sine curve along a single circle (to then replicate this pattern with the circular sine curves. I'm hoping that there is a way to not make the curves intersect).
What I need help with is making the single sine curve along the path of a circle.
I found an old discussion post and have been trying to make it work but have been unsuccessful. I however want to make the sine curve along the z axis so that when you look at the circle from above, it still appears to be circle.

This discussion is also similar but I need to be able to adjust the periods and strength of the sine curve.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
Thanks in advance
Andres

You need to remove the last point from the list of points (it's clearly off the sine wave) and then set your interpolate curve component P input to True.
