algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Wish: integrate Python scripting module into base GH install

Sure this has been mentioned before, but due to the expanding use of Python for Rhino, I think it would be great if this module could be part of the standard installation and not have to download it from Food4Rhino...  My main desire here is to be able to hand out definitions with Python components in them without having to tell people to download and install the Python module...

also, since the _EditPythonScript editor became part of standard RhinoV5, this would make sense.
