Winform with combobox and filtered results

Hi all,

Has anyone tried to create a winform with two comboboxes where depending on the selection of the first (string value) the second will give different set of string options and after the user selects a value from the filtered results of the second the component will return this selection as a string?

I so far managed to create the combobox winform but when i choose the first value Rhino crashes and of course no results at the second combobox appear!

Any input will be really helpful!

My problem starts where I want to implement the wonform into a GH component! I ve done it before with winforms as a special component (following a code by David http://www.grasshopper3d.com/forum/topics/winform-instead-of-dropdo... ) and it worked but the combobox is crashing rhino for a reason once I make my first choice!

I tried to create a winform as a separate class and do it with getters/setters as proposed but I cannot find a way to implement it then in the GH component!

Any ideas?
