Why the Boundary box and Boundary surface tool is giving the envelope rather than real box

You definition shows no bounding box. But I suspect you are using a BBox with the setting per object. To rectify this right click on the component and select Union Box. You may need to flatten your input if your geometry does not share the same Path Structure.
