Why does my GH read components from Libraries as well as My Documents causing loading errors due to duplicates?

I have a backup in My Documents of all my plugins, but I'm not sure why GH is automatically trying to read from there. It throws multiple errors everytime I load, but I still want to maintain my backup in the case of reinstalling or whatever else.

Grasshopper will look in all folders from where Rhino loads plug-ins. It also looks in custom folders that can be entered via the GrasshopperDeveloperSettings command. Does that command show any special folders?

Just a Weaverbird location. When I click the eye it shows that in fact the path with the "backup" is being loaded along with a several others.

All right, something in that backup folder then makes GH look deep into it. You'll have to find which plug-in is being loaded from there and make it not be loaded from there.
