Where to find the gravity point of an object ?

For a decoration project I have to laser cut some birds shape. They're going to be suspended and i want to find the point where to drill a hole so they can be oriented the way i want.

Any ideas ??

...and to add - the shape will hang so that the centre of mass is below the point of support.

And do you have any idea of how to find the exact localisation of the point of support. It will be of course on the vertical line passing by the centre of mass, but where exactly ? any idea of how to calculate it ?

It should be stable with the support anywhere along this line and above the centre of mass. To stop it rotating, the higher up the better.
