Where can I find Summary Information in a ghx file?

HI!

Does anybody know how can I see summary information like a 3DM file?

I have 2 students that maybe they are cheating me

so I want to know if a file of student "B" was created in the same computer that student "A"

I reviewed the programming code and I think it's the evidence that  i need:

File 1:
