Where can I find a component "dictionary"?

I am working on understanding a specific definition but I am stuck a component that I cannot find in grasshopper.

Is there a dictionary or index of components that I can search or file through (preferably one that might include further plug-ins) ?

The specific component I can't seem to find is:

it is called mesh weld vertices from uto meshEdit plugin
