algorithmic modeling for Rhino

When i select multiple 3d surfaces then it unable to create poly lines or loft

I have imported the model but it seems fine.

I am not able to find out where is the problem. Is there any other way to create surface from grid points. not even every points are projecting points and poly line also has some issue.

the polyline error is  zero length segments were collapsed to create a valid polyline

 my aim is creating a scaled 3d surface on that 3d surface.

Hard to really be sure without a working definition. Most likely, there are some lines, that collapsed to single points and/or there are sets of lines with only one curve.
