when I perform "map to surface" function, why there are gaps between the output curves?

Fanny,
Your source surface is trimmed, that's why. The trim is lost when extracting the UV domain in the S input of map srf.

just discovered any surfaces created in rhino using "polyline" and then"planarsrf" (which are not trimmed at all), when connect to "untrim" in grasshopper will have the gap
