What's wrong with these untrimed surface??

Hi David ,I got some untrimed surfaces by extruding curves .And these surfaces behavior buggy :

1. They cant be converted into curves directly but have to be input surface param firstly.
2.They behavior buggy with EvaluateSurface component .Rebuild them by converting them to closed plannar curves and back would make everything ok .(screenshots follow)

 

I baked them into Rhino objects and made a test def in case you'd like to have a look .Thanks .
