v0.6.00059 definitely works on Rhino v5 64-bit, I haven't tried v0.7.00030 yet but will get back to you.

EDIT: v0.7.0030 worked fine with v5

I cannot seem to load version 7.00030 into V5.

I did this by going to Tools>Options>Plug-ins Install and select the rhp in its location in the v4 grasshopper folder. I haven't tried it yet as I'n not really using v5 much at the moment but you could copy the gh folder to the v5 location manually and see if it loads automatically.
