Classic error : you put number in Image sampler with domain bigger than domain on image (0 to 1 in x and 0 to 1 in Y by default). 

=> Flatten for loft, don't forget that datatree is like a for loop. so if each curve is on a branch you say to loft do loft for each curve of the branch, because there is just one curve  per branch => no loft
