What should I do if my order from Light in the Box hasn’t arrived yet?

Recently placed an order with Light in the Box for some clothing and accessories, and I was excited to receive my items. However, it’s been over three weeks, and my order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried checking the tracking information, but it hasn’t updated in days. Has anyone else faced this issue? What steps did you take to resolve it?
