Can you provide somewhat more information? Do you know what it's function is? Do you have a picture of this grasshopper definition? Because it can also be a cluster.

A cluster is a series of components, especially useful when you need a certain series of components over and over. Try to make one by selecting a few components and right-click your canvas>cluster. You can choose your own icon too. You can open a cluster by double-clicking, but because it seems a plugin, it isn't likely to be a cluster.
