what is the use of "transform" component ?

It comes in handy when you want to do multiple transformations i.e. rotate and move groups of objects.

Have a look at this example. I have a collection of different types of geometry and I rotate one item (the curve) multiple times and move it multiple times but use the transform data of these components to Compound them together to apply to the group.

That is a Transform Param type you can use it in the same way that you can a Number Param.

You can use it to collect and contain transforms, flatten them, Graft them, reverse the list, internalise them.
