What is the best way to learn grasshopper?

Hi guys, just wonder how you guys pick up grasshopper? I am new to parametric design, personally I feel really frustrated to pick up this program. Unlike other 3d softwares, it does't have any proper tutorials or explanation for all the commands (even it could be very obvious sometimes). What's the best way to learn? Hope someone will give me some pointers I can get over my cloud one day :)

I like most digital toolbox homepage.

Search on youtube and vimeo for viedeos and rebuilt them.

Folow this homepage I learnt most of the discussions.

Thanks man, I think the frustrating bit is to pick up some commands that some tutorials doesnt offer. Or trying to create a pattern but no one can turn to. I am glad this community exist indeed.
