algorithmic modeling for Rhino

what does the color C mean in any color definition output??

Hi,

I was trying to convert a CIE lab color to an RGB value, I used the built-in converter in GH but when I used an online converter the values didn't match-up which (I believe they should). That applies to all converter (RGB to XYZ and all the others) I think the problem might be the C color component value??

I've been suspecting for some time that the CIE-Lab and XYZ converters have some bugs in them. These conversion routines are part of RhinoCommon so we should probably try and fix them, but I have no idea when this will happen. I'm afraid that until someone tests and fixes those methods, you cannot rely on them being correct...
