Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi,

I'm new to Grasshopper, so I apologise in advance if this is a stupid question.

I have been running through the Grasshopper Primer by Andrew Payne. I'm up to the Weaving Data section and can't for the life of me find the weaving component.

The primer says that it can be found in the Lists section of the Logics menu but it doesn't seem to be there.

I'm using version 0.6.0019 of Grasshopper.

Does anyone know if the weave component has been removed from this version. And if so, is there a new component to replace it?

Cheers

is this what you are looking for?

Thanks for the reply Peter.

That is exactly what i am looking for. But it definately isnt there in the version of GH that I am using (version 0.6.0019)

Which version are you using?
I'm using v0.6.0019 too. It definitely is there. Logic->List->Weave (icon on bottom right of List category as diagram posted above indicates). Alternatively, double-click in the work area and type 'Weave' in the search box.
Thanks Ritchie...

But, the weave icon isn't there for me. I have included a screenshot to show this, seeing as this seems so crazy.

And if I type "weave" in the search box, it teels me that there are 'no results'.

Maybe I should just try re-installing Grasshopper?

That's not the only thing that's missing, and you've got the old stream components. Maybe you've accidentally reverted to an old version. Try uninstalling grasshopper and reinstalling it again.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Grasshopper. All the components seem to be there now.

Thanks everyone for your help.
