Without actually seeing the mesh, the error message claims the mesh in non-manifold, meaning it has at least one edge which is shared by more than 2 faces. Non-manifold meshes have undefined inside/outside properties and often do not work with algorithms that require a well-defined mesh topology.

thanks a lot the mesh I have is large is there a way to check where exactly those edges?

That looks like a surface rather than a mesh. But feel free to upload it and I can have a look.
