I've found this problem when i pipe the voronoi lines some tubes
not match in the right way! any advice on this? :)

You need to clean duplicated lines

voronoi diagram generates neighbor cells that share common segments

you nee to download spiderweb or kangaroo in order to remover overlap lines

i used spider web fot this case

please see attached file

what "passages" ate not clear for you?

Now the structure works perfectly!

I've only to learn this method at the begin with box, cap box 

i was lost :)
