Voronoi Double Helix

Hi guy's,

I'm wondering if anyone could help with a script for generating the kind of form seen in the image below.

Essentially i'm trying to experiment with creating a double helix form that wraps around itself incorporating the Voronoi plugin. It's just i haven't used the plugin much before.
