Voronoi Delaunay Definition Breaking

I've been trying to replicate a definition I found but am having some trouble figuring out the final step in where it's breaking. I cannot determine why I'm unable to resolve the square grid trimming by the voronoi pattern towards the end.

I'm familiar but still relatively new / a little rusty with Grasshopper and was hoping some brave soul out there might be able to help me out.
