algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi everyone. :)
Im new here so i would appreciate every help... :)
I want to create voronoi structure that will be my construction in school project and that have wavy shape, 3d, something like this in file above...
Can anyone help me with this?

I did but i dont know how to create what i want because my knowledge about this program is 0 and i want to learn. Its confusing because i have this program for about 2 weeks. :)

Thickness is easy - offset surface. The rounded edges are a little harder. But if this is schoolwork, you need to do some of it yourself!
In order to do that i need to understand how it works first.. I cant do anything without understanding...
well.. i learned how to create voronoi that i want and curved surface, i just dont know how to mix them to create this on the picture.. i am trying but..
if you post your definition, it will be easier to help...
its example of mine.. i will have to transform later this surface to create more options of this object.. i dont know if i did it well, i watched some tutorials so i dont know..
Looks like you have modeled the holes instead of the surface that connects them. My first post addressed this issue.
Here is another hint - notice how the Voronoi component generates straight edges while your original image (and mine below) have smooth, curved edges? I'm not talking about thickness, just the shape of the holes. Can you do that? There are surely many ways.

By far the hardest problem, in my opinion, is the rounded edges. I cheated on that with less than ideal results... It's a general problem that I'm still interested in solving.
