algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I have this quelea agents moving around this environment. I'll like to display lines between each one only when the line distance is smaller than a factor. I have the presentiment that is possible throw creating my own C# script but I don't know anything about scripting.

You can use Proximity 2D/3D to find all point pairs in a cloud that are closer together than x units.
