vertices numbering change in the surface with the change of curvature

Hi All,

I have modeled a dome-shaped surface in GH, and there is a parameter in GH which moves the corner points up/down thus changes the curvature. I need the vertices numbers to be consistent for my future processes. However, with the change of curvature, the numbering order of the surface changes.  Is there a way that I can fix the order of vertices? For example to stick to starting from the upper left corner and move vertically to reach the lower right corner? I have already double checked that all the points, lines, and curves that create the surface are consistent and start from p(0,0) and continue in an anti-clockwise manner

The Rhino and GH files are attached...

Thanks,

Nilou

Hi.

I think the "Edge Surface" might be the problem.

For some reasons, some properties of Edge Surface are inconsistent when edge conditions keep changing.

You can test it with other surfaces like "Sum surface" or "Sweep2".

Many thanks, Hyungsoo! The "sweep 2" worked perfectly and the mesh numberings are now consistent with any change of the curvature. The "Sum surface" also meets the need of having consistent orders; however, I am having 4 different curves as edge curves whereas this creates a surface based on two types of edge curves. Thanks again!

Best,

Nilou
