Vectormaps 'Reloading'

I need help to 'Reload' the Vectormaps component via a boolean function rather than with the button provided on the component (controlled from Human UI), can anyone suggest how? Thanks!

If you would like I could add a boolean toggle that allows for this? If it helps the community. Anyone else interested in a "reload" input?

Ok, when do you need this by?

I'm swamped with deadlines at the moment and will need to find the time.

I kinda need it by Wednesday, but that's very soon. Don't worry if you have deadlines of course. If you have any time to put this together in the next few weeks or so that would still be useful, but the first event I need for is this Wednesday.
