Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi

I'm doing a simple diagram and I need to see the vector arrows. Is there any way to change the size of the arrows that appear with the Vector Display component, as I can barely see the smaller circles?

Thanks!

not that i know of, but i guess you can redraw the triangles with vary sizes at the points.

right click on the "V" in the display vector component, and edit the expression to adjust the vector length...if you want it twice as long, for example, just type V*2.  If you are starting with vectors of different lengths, you can unitize them first by doing [V], and then multiply them by whatever amount you want.

I added arrow head options to the Vector Display component to cater for this. Though these cannot be controlled via inputs, they are located in the component menu:

He's just letting you know that he has added them and that they will appear in the next release.

Hi David.

I have a custom list of colors that give me visual feedback if conditions are being met. I have the conditional functionality working great but would love to select a different arrow head for the Vector Display Ex component or have an optional Color input for the standard Vector Display component (which from this post I see has a bit more desired custom functionality built in.) Would any of this be doable?

Hope all is well!
