Variating heights paramattrically

Hello all

I transported a curve from rhino into grasshopper and divided into multiple points. i made a parabolic curve on these points whose shape could be controlled by a graph mapper. i wanted to be able to variate the heights of the curves using a graph mapper. i was able to change the heights using an attractor point but can it be done paramatrically?

Everytime I tried to connect a graph mapper the same error would show that "failed conversion from number to vector".

Hello Natasha,

Where did you try to connect a graph mapper? The one you have on your definition works fine and doesn't give any errors.

Hi.

In my opinion, you've forgotten two things.

1. Try to use "Range(Domain-->0to1)" instead of "Series"
2. Try to reparemeterize curve input of "Evalute Curve".

See red parts. And I've modified your def. a bit with attractor logic. Best.
