algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Variable Piping not working as intended

I have a rectangle whose boundaries I'd like to pipe using variable piping. 

When I plug in 1, 2 or 3 sides, the piping functions normally.

However once I plug in the fourth, there is an error.

Do Graft on the Crv component (via right click) or join all lines.
