algorithmic modeling for Rhino

using the RGB/HSV proterties of a photo

Hi, Is there any way to convert a photo (RGB or HSV properties) to int or float data? I wanna use these data as the input parameter for some circles' radius.

If by "RGB properties" of the photo you mean the RGB values of particular pixels on a photo, then you can use the "Image sampler" component.
