algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hmm ... I'll prepare a small ("simple", he he) tutorial on that matter.
In the mean time: are you by accident familiar with C#? (I have lot's of examples about creating lot's of patterns [any pattern imaginable, in fact] using solely code).
Unfortunately no, I'm quite novice to grasshopper but I am very keen on learning as much as I can. If you would be happy to share these C# pattern examples for me to learn when I get onto C# that would be really great.
If you like, please email to matthew.tibballs@gmail.com :)
OK, get an intro on that matter (C# VS patterns) made for a friend who has C# in his future plans (BTW: Intro is a relative thing ... he he).
If and when you are attracted to the Dark Side I'll mail you some other ("internal" so to speak) far more complex cases.
Also get a primitive intro to Rel Items (and Split Tree) using components (very old test case: I don't use components any more).
best, Lord of Darkness
Oops : impossible to attach anything (this IS the norm lately, wonder why).
Stuff e-mailed
Let's try for a 2nd time (GH)
Let's try for a 2nd time (Test surfaces). Load this first.
BTW: Appears that you can't attach more than 1 item anymore
Thanks Peter, really appreciate your help!
Hi Matthew, use a semicolon instead of comma in the relative offset notation.
Thank you so much Pieter, I knew it had to be something really simple (and hidden in plain sight) which needed to be changed.
