algorithmic modeling for Rhino

UPE, C- and L-shaped profiles.

I found forum threads from some years back that Karamba did not support the use of UPE (and other C-shaped profiles) or L-shaped profiles. Is this implemented yet? Are there other ways to simulate this behaviour?

Hi Timo,

L-shaped and C-shapes profiles are not available in Karamba 1.2.2. As a workaround you could use an I-profile. This does not take into account though the torsional moment which results from the distance between centroid and center of shear.
