Unroll problems

Hi all,

I encouterd some problems with unrolling a surface. It is a dubble curved surface, synclastic shape.

I am working on a glassdome structure with 32 different glasspanels. I would like to unroll the panels to a 'flattend' surface so these can be produced a we can bent the panels.

I used the FabTools command Unroll but without succes.

However if I bake the surface into Rhino the unroll command works fine. 

Anyone got some tips on the unroll function?
