unroll all the polygons

Hello everybody,
I wonder if there is a plugin or a method of breaking down all the polygons of a 
curve list , as pictured

not packing , I actually have a list of exploded curves that I want to join to form closed curves like my picture
for packing, I've got it

Try Rhino command "curveBoolean" 

select curves, Enter, then press in the middle of the empty space between curves, then enter
