Looks like a 2D stress field type icon? Maybe from a 3rd party structural analysis add-on?

Karamba maybe?

I agree w/ Matt, need image of whole definition to put components in context (clues...).

First one is CullDupPts from and earlier version of Kangaroo Physics Plug-in.  This has since been written in the standard GH component set and can be found Vector>Point >Cull Duplicates (CullPt).

As for the second one it looks like a custom script component with a different icon. Maybe a Plug-in but out of context so much I don't recognise it. I just think its a script component because of the run input and out Output (which is for print out messages and errors from the script.)
