algorithmic modeling for Rhino
I want to create something like this image ( made in rhino ) but do it in GH with much more control over the spacing, curvature etc...
I have set up a definition that creates straight lines that get divided and then "randomly" move the x-coordinates of the points (- and +), thinking that I can draw a curve through those points. because where my random component is in the data structure, the random factor is uniform for all my curves, so it won't look random. If I flatten the stream the points get random but I cannot make curves through the points. I tried making sub-list of my points but the curves become continous.. I am missing something but cannot figure it out.. any ideas ?

I have looked at your definition and it is really nice.. for the longest time I have tried to figure out how to make the random component less random ( if you preserve the tree structure they all look the same amount of random ) but it had not occurred to me to use an extra random component to parse through different ( random ) seeds... my hat's off to you.. thanks. Your name sounds very polish... do you live around there or in the US ?
