algorithmic modeling for Rhino

two group of points

hi, I have two groups of points, group 1 points are overlaped with parts of the points in group 2, if I want to find the rest points in group 2, what can I do? I tried to use dispatch, and figure out the points with distance which is smaller than 0.01, but seems not working. Thanks!
