two arcs between two lines in different plane?

I wanna draw two arcs between two lines in different plane.As you can see in the attched picture,point A,B are fixed,and all the connection continuity are G1.I tryed galapagos,is really cool.but i want to write all this in a function.
And I am thinking is there just only one point C satisfled or many point C ?

How could I forget the Biarc compent....
But what the algorithm behind it?I have seen the code in the Biarc compent,but a little confused,there is so many mathematical formula.
Any more explain,please?

I don't know how to do it with less code. About half of the bi-arc logic is special case handling, the hard core solver is only about 40 lines of C# code.
