twisting strip

Hi, I am making a strip that would turn corresponding to a point. but i want to it twist instead of making the whole strip to turn. i was thinking to manipulate the turning radian to start from 0 but couldnt find a way to do so.

i have written a short note in gh. hope someone can help. do enlighten me if there is any other better way. thanks!

Like this I suppose but you probably want it to dynamically update with the panel count.

I haven't been doing this for a while so it's probably not efficient. Too much brain fog to be able to see it though.

i adopted your first advice and proceed further.

but i tried to limit the change only to the part that i want. is there a way to select only the point/line in the yellow circle and apply change only to them instead of the whole thing?
