algorithmic modeling for Rhino

trying to join two irregular polylines. twisting lines

HI, I'm from Argentina. I am new to the community and I am also new to the software.
I'm trying to establish lines between points of two diferent closed polylines (I drew in Acad and then export to rihno) and the result is that the lines are not joined to the nearest point vertically. That produces a shift in the resulting face. In addition there are areas where the program recognizes a point near that actually belongs to another time (vertically speaking) of the resulting face (like you see in the image).
I do not know if I explain myself. I leave images and files.
I would try to mesh if you tell me that suits me and suggest me how.

Can you re-upload the files seperately. .rar files produce errors. You don't have to zip them, just upload your rhino and gh file. Even better if you internalise the curves in GH. Where you set the curves, just right-click and click "internalise". That way the geometry is inside the gh file and you don't need a rhino file.

Ok. thanks for answering.
