algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Trying to figure out how to make this definition, please help!

hey everyone, i have this definition here that i am trying to make more into the FLUX installation seen here http://matsysdesign.com/2009/06/25/flux-architecture-in-a-parametri... mine is more of a simplified version trying to learn grasshopper but i can not figure out how to do the edge details or the perforation on the side, any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Here you have a simplified version with just the panels with random lines.
