trouble with extracting isocurves

Because you used "Surface Split " so, your surfaces are "Trimmed Surface" and the isocurve with reparameterization result is the same as the first isocurve.

If you convert your "Trimmed Surface" to "Untrimmed Surface" then you can get what you want.

Oh! I got it. I thought reparametrization acts like Shrink Trimmed Srf in Rhino.

Reparameterization works like the _Reparameterize command in Rhino :)  except you don't get to pick the new domains.
